Tony has been an integral part of many of our mission trips. His heart is truly the heart of Christ and it shows! When Tony is talking with or praying with people, they have the sense that he really cares about them…because he does.
Tony is a God-fearing and honest person. He has really helped our youth here in Kenya with their relationship with God. He has nurtured the team and helped our LIONSHEART soccer team by paying for balls, kits, equipment, and travel for the team to different out-of-the-area matches. What a blessing!
Tony Murfin is a mighty man of valor with a LIONSHEART – a heart to bring love and restoration to people’s lives and to share the gospel with no compromise. He is an amazing friend and brother in the Lord. Tony would give you the shoes off of his feet and the clothes off of his back. It is an honor to be his friend and partner in ministry.
Tony is the real deal. What you see is what you get: someone who loves Jesus, and loves others. He is someone who when he says is going to pray for you, prays right then and there. It doesn’t matter where you are or what situation you are in.

Time
There is much prayer and preparation required for these trips. We rely on our volunteers to help us prepare for the mission. Time is the currency of Heaven, so when you give of your time, it means something to God.
Talents
Everyone involved with LionsHeart has a gift and the natural ability to partner and pray with LionsHeart. Sowers are the team members that are busy behind the scenes, but certainly no less important to the mission’s success. While we go, who will answer the phones, pay the bills, balance the books? We’re better together!
Treasure
God said that He gives seed to the sower and we know that ministry requires money. Therefore, God made us co-heirs with Jesus Christ. Faithful sower’s send the go’ers on the mission, but all get to walk in the good works God prepared in advance for each of us – no matter where HE has positioned us on the team.
